What we collect

When you subscribe, NEXAIUM collects the email address you submit. The website and its service providers may also process basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address, referral source, and activity needed to operate, protect, and improve the site.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver the NEXAIUM newsletter and welcome messages, manage subscriptions, understand which content is useful, maintain security, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Beehiiv processes newsletter subscriptions and email delivery. Our hosting provider processes website requests and technical logs. OpenAI Ads processes ad measurement unless you opt out or your browser sends a privacy signal described below. Payhip processes purchases when you choose to visit a product checkout. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in a NEXAIUM email. You can also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting aispire10@gmail.com. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, and legitimate operational needs.

Optional website analytics

Website analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. With your permission, we measure pages viewed on nexaium.co, the entry page, coarse referral source, approved campaign tags, visit times, maximum scroll depth and an estimate of active time. Active time is sampled only while the page is visible and focused, stops after 30 seconds without interaction, and is normally reported in 30-second snapshots. It is not a recording of your actions or screen. A random ID is stored in this tab's session storage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. It does not identify a person across devices. We do not store email addresses, full IP addresses, sensitive query strings, replay recordings or device fingerprints in this analytics database. Newsletter readership and subscriber counts are separate.

Our website analytics reports cover a rolling 30 days; expired events are removed on the next collection or report request. Only the authenticated site owner can read these reports.

OpenAI ad measurement

OpenAI ad measurement is on by default, separately from optional website analytics. The pixel loads when you visit a page. Measurement is disabled when you opt out, when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track set to 1, or when we cannot read your stored preference.

After a successful new Prompt Library signup, your email is trimmed, lowercased and SHA-256 hashed in your browser before the hash is shared with OpenAI for ad matching. The raw email is not sent to this pixel. A hash is a matching identifier, not anonymous information. The pixel can also process page and technical information and use first-party attribution cookies. The SDK's referral cookies can last 30 days and 365 days respectively; these are separate from our website analytics retention period. Existing subscribers returning to the library are not counted as new leads. Events blocked by your choice are not replayed later.

How to turn measurement off

Choose No thanks in the analytics banner, Turn off ad measurement in the Prompt Library signup window, or use the button below. Each turns off both website analytics and OpenAI ad measurement without limiting content access or newsletter signup. You can make this choice before submitting your email.

Your opt-out is saved in this browser's local storage and remains after closing a tab or returning another day. It applies to this browser and site, not other devices. Clearing site data or using a different browser removes that saved choice; choose it again there. If browser storage is unavailable, measurement stays off, but the choice may not be saved for future visits. Turning measurement off stops future events; it does not delete information already sent. Contact us for deletion requests.
